The gag and legs prevent the mouth from closing, leaving your subject's mouth wide open for whatever you wish to put in it. The diameter of the ring measures 1.5", and the gag connects to a leather strap that buckles in the back and keeps the gag firmly in place. One size fits most.

When I saw this, I got so excited. It was the perfect thing for me and my boyfriend. I was disappointed to say the least. The opening wasnt big enough for him to fit through.

Small Metal Ring, January 5, 2012
This is not a usable toy for me and my husband. He cannot fit in the ring, and he is not even particularly well endowed... Had he been able to get in I would be very concerned about the metal on teeth contact points during rough play.
